The apartment was cute with location right in front of the promenade, that's what we were expecting. Anne was the best owner ever. It had an amazing and fantastic setting close to the airport and Nice centre and bus stops, and the Beach of Nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment by the sea front. Daniel, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right on the promenade by the beach. We loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful view. Additionally, the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood that was not overrun with tourists, giving us a more authentic experience. Having the public train station right next to the apartment made it super easy for us to get around and explore the city. We also appreciated the fact that there was free parking available, which was very convenient. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location right at the beach made our stay extremely enjoyable.

The views of the sea from the apartment were simply breathtaking. It felt like I had my very own personal movie screen, with the waves crashing and the sun setting in the background. Absolutely magical!

Odd bed arrangement, with twin beds in the master bedroom overlooking the seafront. Bedding and towels were of cheap quality.
